Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee the support of mid-large scale products in collaboration with engineers, designers, and government partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sprint processes, triage incidents, and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and coordinate multiple contractor teams
• Report on risks, successes, and manage team velocity to improve processes

Required Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in project management or related roles in complex software development
• Previous experience with the Center for Medicaid Services (CMS)
• Experience with ticketing systems, particularly Jira and Confluence
• Familiarity with agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
• Ability to nurture client relationships and drive project prioritization
