Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of HR/People projects
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and manage resources
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience
• PM qualification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) or equivalent
• Degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Direct experience delivering HR/talent-related projects
• Familiarity with HRIS and performance management systems
