Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master working with data engineering, reporting, or analytics teams
• Background in data-driven projects, reporting initiatives, or compliance-related work preferred
• Proficiency in creating core project management artifacts such as project plans and risk management plans
