Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager (Temporary) to manage and oversee customer projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project efforts between customers and internal departments to ensure successful project delivery
• Maintain high client satisfaction and meet project timelines, budgets, and quality expectations
• Identify and manage risks, change control procedures, and business development opportunities related to projects

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Strong experience with productivity and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Salesforce, SharePoint)
• Understanding of local government entities and practices
• Ability to manage small to medium-sized product-specific contracts
• Confident understanding of contracts and statements of work (SOWs)
