Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of customer-facing projects within the Professional Services organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage 25-40 concurrent projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining project delivery frameworks
• Act as the primary client-facing contact, guiding project tasks, deliverables, and timelines while managing stakeholder communication
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, track project metrics, and conduct post-project reviews for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing customer-facing projects in a professional services or SaaS environment
• Experience managing 20 or more concurrent projects
• Strong skills in project scoping, scheduling, and risk management
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Wrike or Asana
• Ability to create structured project plans from SOWs and manage through execution
