Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to lead customer onboarding and implementation projects for foundations and nonprofits using their SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective transition to Customer Support
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, facilitating workshops and managing expectations throughout the project
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate solutions, oversee data migration, and ensure quality standards are met

Required Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS or software implementation
• Strong understanding of SaaS delivery models, data migration, and cloud technologies
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with project management certifications such as PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 is preferred
• Familiarity with API integrations and data mapping concepts is a plus
