Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project/Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee 7 Airtable bases for summit content and speakers
• Design and maintain relational data models for sessions and speaker tracking
• Develop and optimize Airtable automations and workflows to improve data accuracy

Required Qualifications:

• Expertise in Airtable, including automations and complex relational bases
• Strong project/program management skills, including timeline and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in data management and analytics with large datasets
• Experience in operations, program management, or event system management
• Background in event or conference operations is highly desirable
