Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to manage cross-functional, high-impact initiatives and support the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and leadership team to prioritize initiatives and drive clarity on KPIs
• Manage cross-functional projects from intake through completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
• Evaluate and enhance KPIs and metrics to measure delivery performance and ensure continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in project management or a similar role at a high-growth technology company
• PMP and/or Scrum Master certification is strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree and/or applicable equivalent work experience
• Deep knowledge of project lifecycle management and both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Proven successful completion of at least 10 projects as the lead PM
