Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to join their Project Management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead successful customer implementations and communicate directly with clients
• Drive functional training and develop training resources for users
• Make data-driven feature recommendations by collaborating with university administrators and the product team

Required Qualifications

• Experience leading software system implementation projects
• Strong process management skills with the ability to build new processes
• Solid understanding of database and business intelligence architecture
• Experience with project management tools such as Notion and SalesForce
• Experience with SQL or scripting languages is a plus
