Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager - Business Implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of new business projects while maintaining communication to meet customer expectations
• Engage with Sales, Solutions, and Operations to validate business scope and ensure the correct technologies are selected to support customer requirements
• Provide day-to-day direction to cross-functional teams and ensure a smooth transition to operations post-go-live

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred and 8 years of relevant experience
• Direct customer-facing and implementation delivery experience
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies
• Experience managing others, including contractors and suppliers
• Customer service driven with an analytical aptitude
