Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager for a contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and launch the Talent Mobility program for interns and full-time associates
• Drive collaboration with HR, Talent, Business Leaders, and other stakeholders
• Develop program plans, timelines, and governance models while tracking metrics and recommending improvements

Required Qualifications

• Experience in driving cross-functional programs or initiatives in HR, Talent, Operations, or Strategy
• Strong program management and organizational skills
• Proven ability to create executive-level presentations
• Experience using Microsoft tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Forms) and familiarity with automation tools
• Ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous, early-stage environment
