Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to support internal teams by managing projects that enhance operational quality and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate internal projects to improve data quality and operational efficiency
• Create and maintain reporting and dashboards to track quality metrics and performance
• Act as a liaison between internal teams to ensure alignment and execution of initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in Operations, Project Management, Business Analysis, or Quality Focused roles
• Strong experience creating and interpreting reports for operational improvements
• Solid understanding of operational workflows and end-to-end process management
• Prior experience with Metabase, Jira, and internal business platforms
• Strategic thinker capable of identifying problems and implementing solutions
