Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to coordinate their product development pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and manage multiple active product development projects using project management software
• Maintain communication with team members, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure timely updates and follow-ups
• Organize project documentation and prepare status reports for leadership

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in ecommerce or product-based businesses
• Experience using project management tools, particularly ClickUp
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks across different time zones
• Experience in the supplement, beauty, or health product industries is a plus
