Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager who will oversee the execution of creative deliverables for nonprofit clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily project workflows, tasks, and deadlines across multiple nonprofit campaigns
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to confirm priorities, resourcing, and deliverable expectations
• Facilitate reviews, gather feedback, and manage approval cycles for creative assets

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of project management experience, ideally in a digital, creative, or agency environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
• Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Asana and Deltek
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing creative production workflows
• Ability to anticipate risks and solve problems quickly while maintaining calm under pressure
