Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager- Tier 1 intake.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end lifecycle of issue intake, analysis, triage, tracking, and closure across the National Hub
• Mine and analyze operational data to develop performance metrics and workload dashboards for leadership decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and implement initiatives that enhance issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare, government, or enterprise IT settings
• Understanding of Oracle Cerner systems and experience with electronic health records (EHR) workflows
• Demonstrated experience in leveraging Oracle EHR/Cerner for managing and optimizing healthcare data
• Familiarity with Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and experience with project management platforms like Jira or ServiceNow
