Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee implementations and ensure effective coordination among partners, customers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Certified Consulting Partner (CCP)-led implementations and manage internal projects to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
• Track delivery performance, identify trends and risks, and act as a coordination point for resolving delivery challenges
• Facilitate onboarding and training for partners, maintain project documentation, and contribute to the refinement of delivery metrics and governance processes

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, professional services, or delivery operations
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives
• Proven ownership and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
• Highly organized and proactive, with experience managing multiple priorities
• Desirable experience in legal technology or familiarity with project delivery tools like Asana or Jira
