Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to support project planning, execution, and delivery in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and deliverables while tracking progress against plans
• Lead Scrum ceremonies and ensure Agile practices are applied for delivery predictability
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications, providing regular status updates to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field
• Project management certification (PMP, CAPM)
• Minimum of two years of experience managing projects within the homeowner's insurance domain
• Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or MS Project is preferred
• Strong foundational understanding of project management principles and Agile/Scrum delivery
