Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project/Program Manager to oversee smaller programs and phases of larger initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer smaller programs or program phases to ensure alignment with objectives
• Assess operational needs and coordinate resources to strengthen existing programs
• Track progress of program components to ensure goals, schedules, and expected benefits are achieved

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or advanced degree where applicable)
• 3+ years of experience in a related field
• In lieu of a degree: 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, sorting, and VLOOKUPs
• Experience in program or project management
