Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to support a Technical Assistance contract focused on improving workforce outcomes for individuals impacted by the justice system.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall contract management, including project kickoff, work plan development, and milestone tracking
• Oversee monthly reporting and invoicing processes, ensuring alignment across performance and content workstreams
• Identify risks and emerging trends among grantees and propose targeted solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, public administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience
• Experience managing federal or state government contracts
• Strong leadership and client-facing experience
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate across multiple workstreams
