Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager contractor to lead the implementation and rollout of an email prioritization tool for targeted business groups.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage the rollout plan, timeline, and milestones
Coordinate across IT, business leadership, operations, and vendors
Track issues, risks, and adoption metrics; provide executive-ready updates

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in project coordination/management, implementation, or tool rollouts
Strong stakeholder management experience
Experience driving end-user adoption
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, time-bound environment
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams) is preferred
