Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager V to lead the development of a points-based partner program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of the tiering framework for partner programs
• Co-lead the rollout of the Benefits Marketplace, defining operational processes for partner benefits
• Drive program governance and ensure alignment with legal, finance, and compliance teams

Required Qualifications

• Deep experience in partner programs or GTM operations within a B2B SaaS or technology platform environment
• Proven success in leading pricing, tiering, or loyalty frameworks
• Strong understanding of operational systems and relevant tooling (e.g., Salesforce, PRM systems)
• Experience in B2B SaaS, technology platforms, or financial services is preferred
• Familiarity with dynamic points or engagement scoring systems is highly desirable
