Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to facilitate effective support of the leadership team and manage various projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project delivery including planning, design, construction, and closeout
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate diverse teams of internal and external stakeholders
• Develop and track comprehensive budgets and master schedules using MS Project

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading design and construction projects
• Bachelor's Degree in architecture, planning, engineering, or construction management
• Proficiency in MS Project, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365
• Construction oversight experience
• Working knowledge of design and construction legal documents and contractual terms
