Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to facilitate and support organizational readiness in delivering large-scale, cross-functional strategic and operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage cross-functional programs by defining goals, establishing roles, and facilitating routines
• Drive progress by monitoring and reporting on project status, identifying issues, and resolving roadblocks
• Build and improve processes to remove operational barriers and ensure program objectives are met

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP or similar certification is a plus
• 2-5 years of experience in managing cross-functional and technical programs, including product launches
• Proven ability to work with clients and third parties outside of internal stakeholders
• Strong business acumen and understanding of client needs and business drivers
• Experience in Payments or SaaS industries is a strong asset
