Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager Service I to oversee construction projects and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of multiple projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety standards
• Meet with customers to discuss project scope, timelines, and provide estimates and quotes
• Manage service representatives, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with quality and timeliness requirements

Required Qualifications

• 2-year degree or 2 years of equivalent training
• 4-6 years of related industry or construction experience
• Knowledge of code requirements for specialty trade systems
• Intermediate proficiency in CAD drawings, Gantt charts, MS Project, Excel, and Visio
• Ability to work with limited direct supervision and a willingness to learn and grow
