Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to support the delivery of contracted work through project structure and resource coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Review contracts and internal initiatives to structure deliverables and set up tracking in operational systems
• Develop and maintain project structures and dashboards for visibility and support of Technical Team Leads
• Track personnel assignments and resource allocation across projects to identify capacity constraints and support coordination

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., biology, bioinformatics, project management)
• 3-5+ years of experience in operations-focused project or program management roles
• Experience in translating scoped work into structured tracking systems
• Familiarity with project and work-tracking tools (e.g., Notion, Monday.com, TMetric)
• Master's degree or PMP/Prince2 certification preferred
