Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee successful project execution and customer engagement during implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main customer liaison throughout the implementation process, ensuring clear communication and alignment
• Manage project scope, timeline, milestones, and risks to ensure high-quality delivery
• Drive stakeholder engagement and proactively identify and resolve project blockers

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or related field
• Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise implementations, preferably in healthcare
• Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of autonomy
• Familiarity with implementation best practices for SaaS platforms
• Experience in relationship-building across technical and business audiences
