Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to lead high priority initiatives aligned with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives
• Develop and maintain project charters, schedules, and resource plans while monitoring progress and adjusting as necessary
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and provide clear status updates to senior leaders

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business, organizational development, social/human services, or a related field
• Five or more years of project management experience
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in fast-paced environments
• Experience using project management software to track and report on project progress
