Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager - Managed Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for multiple customers regarding their Managed Services packages
• Lead customer projects from requirements definition to deployment, including schedule and budget management
• Create and manage project schedules and documentation, ensuring effective communication and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience
• Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience with project management tools like Clarizen and Jira
• Customer-facing experience, particularly in improving ATS/CRM experiences
• Proven success working with various levels of management
