Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to support work continuity initiatives remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to document critical work functions and ensure appropriate staffing through contingency plans
• Coordinate work assignments, validate readiness plans, and monitor execution to prevent service disruption
• Lead change management efforts and facilitate collaboration between various teams while tracking risks and issues

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management and leadership across IT and business functions
• Experience managing large complex projects with internal and external cost components
• Project management certification (PMP) is required; Agile certification is a plus
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including waterfall, agile, and SDLC
• Familiarity with the Energy Industry is a plus
