Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to support work continuity initiatives remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to document critical work functions and identify coverage gaps
• Coordinate work assignments and monitor execution to ensure operational tasks are covered without service disruption
• Lead change management efforts and facilitate collaboration across various teams

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management and leadership across IT and business functions
• Experience managing large complex projects with a mix of internal/external resources
• Project management certification (PMP) required; Agile certification is a plus
• Strong business process analysis and mapping skills
• Familiarity with the Energy Industry is a plus
