Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager (Business Solutions Lead).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategic initiatives to solve business problems within the Claims and Risk Control group
• Identify operational challenges, develop solutions, and implement them with minimal oversight
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align on priorities and improve performance

Qualifications

• 5 years of professional experience in project management, business operations, or a related field
• Experience in insurance, brokerage, claims, or risk control environments preferred
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and lead initiatives independently
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership
• Highly self-motivated and capable of operating without close supervision
