Key Responsibilities

Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure predictable sprint execution
Manage Jira projects, boards, reporting, and backlog hygiene
Coordinate intake and valuation process for new AI initiatives

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of project management experience
Experience in a CPG environment preferred
Strong Agile delivery experience
Hands-on Jira administration and reporting expertise
Comfortable operating within structured enterprise governance and stage-gate processes
