Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager responsible for overseeing technology project implementations and customer onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains strong partnerships with internal teams and customers
• Coordinates resources and manages project scope, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
• Develops comprehensive project plans and documentation while tracking project performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Project Management certification preferred
• 10+ years of Project Management experience in a technology-based industry, preferably SaaS or PaaS
• Extensive experience with standard implementation project management methodologies
• Experience with change management techniques and employee recognition programs is a plus
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com and project management tools like Visio/SmartDraw
