Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within Payments, FinTech, or Financial Operations
• Proven track record managing enterprise-scale, multi-stakeholder projects with high business impact
• Strong understanding of payment flows, reconciliation systems, and financial reporting
• Advanced command of project management methodologies
