Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution and ongoing maturity of the breakfix prioritization program
• Lead prioritization rule changes from initiation through closure, including intake, assessment, approval, implementation, and release
• Coordinate prioritization simulations to evaluate impact on ticket volumes, priority buckets, service level agreements, and operational workload

Required Qualifications

• Five to seven years of project or program management experience supporting technology or operations-driven programs
• Three to five years of practical experience in IT breakfix operations, datacenter workflows, or large-scale operational environments
• Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in large-scale environments
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent experience
• PMP, PMI, or equivalent certification preferred
