Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee the implementation cycle for workforce management applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close technical projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
• Gather technical requirements and assess project risks, developing mitigation strategies
• Maintain communication with stakeholders and document project progress and technical specifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• 4+ years of experience with software deployments and knowledge of SDLC
• Experience in managing resource utilization and project profitability
• Familiarity with Payroll and/or workforce management systems is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft T-SQL and ability to read/write SQL queries is a plus
