Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager - PMO.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain structured project plans, workflows, and milestone tracking for major marketing initiatives
Serve as a central coordination point across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Revenue Operations to drive project alignment
Develop and refine templates, workflows, and best practices for project intake, planning, and execution

Required Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience in a PMO, program coordination, project support, or operational role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
Experience with workflow/project tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Wrike, Smartsheet, Jira)
Ability to influence across teams without formal authority
Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving clarity
