Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Engineer - Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute implementation projects by collaborating with executive-level project sponsors and ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Drive customer engagement efforts, delivering tailored recommendations and ensuring client satisfaction with services provided
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules, track engagement scopes, and proactively identify and mitigate implementation risks

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a total of 7-9 years in relevant roles
• Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies
• Experience in sales and distribution is preferred
• Familiarity with conflict resolution techniques
• Ability to coach and mentor project team members across multiple time zones
