Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, and Business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive alignment and foster strong partnerships with stakeholders to connect strategic objectives to actionable plans
• Plan and deliver projects with clarity, defining milestones and adapting to team needs while maintaining accountability
• Coordinate cross-functional execution, manage dependencies, and facilitate collaboration to ensure timely project delivery

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of agile and lean principles, with practical exposure to Scrum and Kanban
• Experience in partnering with Product and Engineering Managers and cross-functional stakeholders
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
• 2+ years of experience in leading or coordinating cross-functional projects in a technology-driven environment
• Professional certifications (CSM, PSM, PMP) are preferred but not required
