Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager 3 to support a key life sciences client with artwork-related responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain artwork files within the client's artwork management system, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams, coordinating project requirements and timelines
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets while managing multiple projects simultaneously

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 3-5+ years of experience in project management, artwork production, or a related field
• Strong understanding of artwork production processes and workflows
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
