Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to support the delivery of exceptional client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing projects and campaigns across cross-functional teams
• Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule
• Track project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, business, project management, or a related field with 2-4 years of experience in project management
• Experience preferably within a marketing, healthcare, or pharmaceutical environment
• Familiarity with project management tools and systems (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, etc.)
• Basic understanding of medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) processes is a plus
• Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
