Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager / Dev Unit Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full lifecycle of high-impact crypto and fintech initiatives
Manage a cross-functional IT development unit, ensuring project implementation and timely delivery
Maintain business requirements, manage priorities, and organize work using Agile methodologies

Required Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Team Lead, System Analyst, or Delivery Manager in a fast-paced IT development team
Experience in fintech or core functionality teams
Strong knowledge of development processes and agile methodologies
Technical background with analytical skills and system thinking
Experience with high-load systems and managing tasks in Jira/Confluence
