Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to manage projects within the Talent Technology portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute delivery aspects of assigned projects
• Develop project plans, tasks, and deliverables to ensure timely tech team delivery
• Coordinate assignment of individual Talent Technology responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience, managing multiple projects with moderate to high risk
• 4+ years of experience leading projects supporting AI, RPA, and automation initiatives
• Experience navigating a matrix reporting environment to solve complex issues
• PMP Certification preferred
