Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Project Manager to drive the success of strategic initiatives in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple strategic projects from initiation through completion, ensuring objectives are met within scope, time, and budget
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Develop comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as necessary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, focusing on strategic initiatives
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred
• Experience in the healthcare sector or with Third Party Administrators (TPAs) is a plus
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
