Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to support Membership initiatives and Advancement operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the growth of Institutional Memberships and Partnerships through project management support
• Lead planning and execution of projects involving cross-functional teams to enhance member engagement
• Manage audits of membership communications and assist with quality control of membership operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, communications, or a related field
• Formal training or certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Agile/Scrum) is preferred
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and coordinating diverse teams
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Commitment to process improvement and operational excellence
