Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager Tech 3 to support a Global AI Customer Success team in a Program/Portfolio Management role.

Key Responsibilities

Support operational excellence through program and portfolio management for the GSA team
Establish and run intake and triage processes for initiatives, ensuring transparency and prioritization
Produce leadership-ready status reports, dashboards, and executive narratives to facilitate decision-making

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in program or project management, especially at the portfolio level
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and Teams; familiarity with Dataverse/Fabric is a plus
Ability to lead meetings and manage dependencies
Self-starter with a focus on process excellence and continuous improvement
