Job Summary

A company is looking for a VHA Project Manager to support the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive analysis and evaluation of VHA healthcare programs
• Perform Human Resources functions including classification, staffing, and employee relations
• Develop and implement performance metrics to measure program success and improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in program analysis, workforce management, or human resources consulting
• Demonstrated experience in federal HR regulations, including classification and staffing
• Proven ability to analyze complex programs and develop actionable recommendations
• Experience developing performance metrics and producing executive-level reports
