Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to guide customers in implementing solutions and manage deployment-related programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment execution across multiple customer accounts, including onboarding and connector development
• Build and manage project plans aligning customer goals with internal resources and delivery milestones
• Maintain clear project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience in a SaaS or customer-facing technical environment
• Experience managing cross-functional programs involving external customers and internal teams
• Comfort operating in technical conversations and translating them into project plans
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience
• Experience with Project Management methodologies and software
