Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale and concurrent projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, timelines, and budget expectations
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, milestones, resource allocation, and financial forecasts
• Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum and delivery targets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of progressive project management experience, including leadership of large-scale, complex initiatives (e.g., $1M+ budgets and cross-functional teams)
• Strong familiarity with formal project management methodologies, including PMI and PMBOK principles
• Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• PMP or other project management certification strongly preferred
