Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely implementation and customer satisfaction
• Create and present professional customer-facing materials, facilitating discussions and workshops
• Oversee project management methodologies, including risk, change, and scope management

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation and project management
• Advanced PMP, CAPM, or similar certification
• Experience with Agile scrum-based project management
• Workforce Management and/or Retail experience
• Experience leading implementation partners on projects
